The Property Manager has discretion in allowing pets. A special pet
agreement must be signed in advance and followed, along with pet fees and
deposits.
- Pets allowed: dogs, cats, fish, caged birds
- Maximum number of pets per apartment: 2
- Pet weight limit: 20 lbs, fully grown
- Pet age limit: must be over 1 year old
- Cat deposit: $150 refundable/ $150 non-refundable fee
- Dog deposit: $250 refundable/ $250 non-refundable fee
- Restricted breeds include Rottweiler, Doberman, German Shepard, Pit Bull,
Chow, reptiles and pot-bellied pigs
- Property Manager may require a pet interview
- Aquariums greater than 10 gallons require proof of insurance
