Riverstone Residential Group is committed to providing outstanding customer service. Our pledge to you is that your home will be enjoyable and worry-free. We demonstrate this commitment daily, as reflected in our One-Day Maintenance Guarantee.

We guarantee a response to a reported maintenance problem within 24 hours, excluding weekends and holidays. If we do not meet this response guarantee, you will receive credit on the following month's rent equal to one day's rent* for each day or portion of day that exceeds the One-Day Maintenance Guarantee period.

This is our pledge to each and every resident of a Riverstone Residential Group community. Thank you for allowing us the opportunity to be of service to you.

 

The request for maintenance service must be made by phone or in writing to an administrative representative during normal business hours. Weekends and holiday requests are not eligible for this guarantee unless it is an emergency**. Reqests left with the answering service are not included in this guarantee. Riverstone Residential Group will apply a credit on your next month's rent for each day (or portion of a day) in which it does not fulfill its One-Day Maintenance Guarantee, not to exceed a maximum of 10 days in any single lease term. This guarantee applies only to interior routine items. This guarantee does not appy to repairs or conditions that can not be remedied in one day considering severity and nature of the condition and the reasonable availability of materials and labor and of the utilities from the local utility company. Exceptions include cosmetic finishes, damage caused by the resident, difficult to obtain parts, 3rd party contractor work, unusual or unforeseen structural items or construction defects such as: issues resulting from the settling of buildings, roof repairs, or the inability to repair as a result of inclement weather.
